| Shiyan Yonghua Zhenxing Hydraulic Cylinder Co., Ltd. (the former Shiyan Zhenxing Machinery Plant), situated at No. 48, Beijing North Road, Shiyan City at the foot of the well-known Wudang Mountain and on the banks of Hanjiang River, is an enterprise of exclusive ownership with legal representative named Renyong. The company was founded in 1992, having more than 800 employees now, covering an area of 15000m2, possessing a total asset valued 32,000,000 yuan and owning more than 100 sets of equipments capable of turning, milling, planning, grinding, boring, drilling and welding, which make up several advanced production lines for processing cylinder block, piston rod and assembling hydraulic cylinder. Water, power and gas supply is abundant and reasonably allocated. The prevailing products include hydraulic cylinder for tipper, diverter valve, oil reservoir, high-pressure oil pipeline, oil inlet, oil outlet and etc. with a registered trademark of Zhenxing. The annual capacity reaches 50000 units.  
Quality is the life of enterprise. The company has set up a quality control system very early and passed the 2nd party quality control system certification of GB/T19001:1994 idt ISO9001:1994 standard of DFL (Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd.) Commercial Vehicle Company Quality Certification Center.
 
With China’s entry into WTO, we finished changing the edition of quality control system in 2002 and passed the 3rd party quality control system certification of GB/T19001:2000 idt ISO 9001:2000 standard of China Automotive Product Certification Center in August, 2002.
