This series of vulcanizing presses is the primary molding equipment for both molded and non‑molded rubber products, featuring a simple structure, high pressure, broad applicability, and high efficiency. It can also be used for compression molding of thermosetting plastics, foams, resins, bakelite, thin metals, building materials, and other molded products. Equipped with an imported PLC control system, it delivers sensitive and reliable operation.
Customizable upon customer request.
1. The moving platen features rapid upward movement, slow-speed clamping, and rapid downward movement; the fast-to-slow transition during mold closing and the fast-to-slow transition during venting can be adjusted independently, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
2. During the vulcanization and molding process, the oil pump motor automatically shuts down, featuring automatic pressure compensation and a delayed shutdown sequence; the hydraulic circuit is designed to be more rational and reliable.
3. The number of venting cycles, venting time, heating temperature, and vulcanization time are all programmable, offering convenient operation and supporting both manual and semi-automatic modes.
4. Temperature and pressure curve output, with process traceability.
1. Removable platform
2. Vacuum System
3. Mold temperature controller
4. Adjustable opening
