    Employing servo‑electric cylinder actuation and multi‑stage pressure profiling, combined with precision molds (tolerance ±0.1 mm), the process achieves a part thickness variation of ≤0.05 mm and a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.2 μm.
    The intelligent pressure compensation system continuously monitors cavity pressure fluctuations and automatically adjusts the press’s parallelism, ensuring uniform density throughout the entire forming process of large components.
  • Energy conservation, environmental protection, and fully automated production
    The closed-mold molding process reduces volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions by more than 85%, and the accompanying exhaust gas treatment system meets EU environmental standards.
    The integrated robotic system automatically performs prepreg layup, blank transfer, and in‑mold positioning, enabling 72‑hour continuous unmanned production.
  • Process Adaptability and Temperature Control Technology
    The multi-zone mold temperature control system (with an accuracy of ±0.8°C) supports a wide temperature range of 30–300°C, meeting the curing requirements of various resin systems such as epoxy and phenolic resins.
    Programmable multi-segment temperature–pressure profiles, tailored to meet the forming process requirements of carbon fiber prepregs, GMT, and a variety of other materials.
  • Intelligent Production Management
    Modular mold design enables rapid changeover (≤15 min) and is equipped with an RFID-based mold identification system that automatically retrieves the corresponding process parameters.
    Industrial Internet platforms collect equipment status and process data in real time, leveraging big data analytics to optimize processes and enable predictive maintenance.
