HP-RTM molding is one of the composite‑material forming processes widely used across numerous industries. Compared with conventional RTM, it offers advantages such as lower cost, shorter cycle times, high‑volume production, and superior part surface quality. It finds applications in automotive manufacturing, shipbuilding, aircraft construction, agricultural machinery, rail transport, wind power generation, sporting goods, and many other sectors.
Customizable upon customer request.
HP-RTM stands for High-Pressure Resin Transfer Molding. It is a molding process in which resin is mixed under high pressure and injected into a vacuum-sealed mold pre‑lined with fiber‑reinforced materials and pre‑placed carbon components. The resin flows to fill the mold, impregnates the reinforcement, cures, and is then demolded, yielding a finished composite part.
