Yadda Ake Samun Daidaitaccen Matsi Ta Amfani da Injin Matsewa Mai Zafi Na Servo

1) Tsarin tuƙi na mota na Servo 

Babban iko mai daidaito:

 Ta amfani da injinan servo na kai tsaye (kamar samfuran Yaskawa na Japan da Panasonic), daidaiton wurin da aka sanya ya kai ±0.01mm, kuma daidaiton maimaitawa shine ±0.005mm.

 Idan aka kusanci matsin lamba/matsar da aka yi niyya, yana canzawa ta atomatik zuwa yanayin ƙarancin gudu (5mm/s zuwa 0.1mm/s). Yana aiki tare da aikin birki mai ƙarfi na injin servo don guje wa girgizar inertial (fiye da kashi <0.5% na ƙimar da aka saita).

 

2) Ganin da kuma gano sigogin tsari

 Haɗin injin ɗan adam (HMI):
