Indlela Yokufikelela Ekucinezeleni Okuchanekileyo Ngomatshini Wokucinezela Oshushu weServo

Iumatshini wokucinezela oshushu we-servoifezekisa ukucinezelwa ngokuchanekileyo ngokusebenzisana koyilo oluchanekileyo lwehardware, inkqubo yolawulo ekrelekrele, kunye nokwenza ngcono inkqubo. Ezi zilandelayo ziindlela eziphambili zobuchwepheshe kunye neendlela zokuphumeza:

1. Isiqinisekiso Esichanekileyo Senkqubo Yezixhobo Zekhompyutha

1) Inkqubo yokuqhuba imoto yeServo 

Ulawulo lwamandla oluchanekileyo kakhulu:

1) I-algorithm yolawulo lonxibelelwano lwe-Multi-axis

 Ulawulo lokudibanisa ubushushu boxinzelelo-ukufuduka:

 Ngokusebenzisa i-PLC okanye isilawuli sokuhamba (esifana ne-Siemens S7-1500, i-Huichuan AM600), ulawulo oluhambelanayo lweeparameter ezintathu luyafezekiswa:

 Imo yokubeka phambili uxinzelelo: seta uxinzelelo olujoliswe kulo, kwaye ukufuduka kulungiswa ngokuzenzekelayo ngoxinzelelo lwezinto (olusebenza kwizinto ezithambileyo).

 Imo yokubeka phambili ukufuduka: inciphisa ukubetheka okucinezelweyo, kwaye uxinzelelo luhambelana ngokuzenzekelayo namandla oqhagamshelwano (asebenza kwizinto eziqinileyo).

 Imo exutyiweyo: ulawulo lokutshintsha uxinzelelo oluhlukaniswe ngokwezigaba (njengokufuduka ngokukhawuleza kuqala, uze emva koko ugcinwe uxinzelelo).

 I-algorithm yokulwa nokudubula okugqithisileyo:

 Xa isondela kwindawo ekujoliswe kuyo uxinzelelo/ukususwa, itshintshela ngokuzenzekelayo kwimowudi yesantya esiphantsi (5mm/s ukuya kwi-0.1mm/s). Isebenzisana nomsebenzi wokuqhobosha we-servo motor ukuze kuthintelwe ukuqhawuka kwe-inertial (ukudubula ngaphezulu kwe-0.5% yexabiso elibekiweyo).

 

2) Ukubona kunye nokulandeleka kweeparamitha zenkqubo

 Ujongano lomatshini womntu (HMI):

Isikrini sokuchukumisa esiyi-10~15-intshi, sixhasa ukuhlelwa kwenkqubo yokucinezela ngamanqanaba amaninzi (njengokudibanisa ukuya kuthi ga kwi-50 yexesha loxinzelelo-lobushushu), kwaye iparameter nganye inokuseta ngokuzimeleyo (njengoxinzelelo lwe-10~500kN, ixesha lokubamba li-1~300s).
