1. Isiqinisekiso Esinembile Sesistimu Yehadiwe
1) Uhlelo lokushayela lwe-Servo motor
Ukulawula amandla okunembe kakhulu:
Kusetshenziswa ama-servo motors aqhutshwa ngqo (njengemikhiqizo yaseJapan Yaskawa kanye nePanasonic), ukunemba kokubeka kufinyelela ku-±0.01mm, kanti ukunemba kokuphindaphinda kungu-±0.005mm.

Ukulawula i-pressure closed-loop:

1) I-algorithm yokulawula ukuxhumanisa kwe-Multi-axis
Ukulawula ukuxhumanisa kokucindezela-ukufuduka-nokushisa:
Nge-PLC noma isilawuli sokunyakaza (njenge-Siemens S7-1500, i-Huichuan AM600), ukulawulwa okuvumelanayo kwamapharamitha amathathu kuyafezeka:
Imodi yokubeka phambili ingcindezi: setha ingcindezi eqondiwe, bese ukufuduka kulungiswa ngokuzenzakalelayo ngokucindezelwa kwezinto (kusebenza ezintweni ezinwebekayo).
Imodi yokubeka phambili yokuthutha: ikhawulela ukushaywa kokucindezela, futhi ingcindezi ifaniswa ngokuzenzakalelayo namandla okuxhumana (okusebenza ezintweni eziqinile).
Imodi exubile: ukulawulwa kokushintshana kwengcindezi okuhlukaniswe ngezigaba (njengokufuduka okusheshayo kuqala, bese kuba ukulungiswa kwengcindezi).
I-algorithm yokulwa nokudubula ngokweqile:
Uma isondela ekucindezelweni/ekufudukeni okuqondiwe, ishintshela ngokuzenzakalelayo kwimodi yesivinini esiphansi (5mm/s kuya ku-0.1mm/s). Isebenzisana nomsebenzi wokubhuleka oguquguqukayo wemoto ye-servo ukuze igweme ukushaqeka okungenamandla (ukudubula ngokweqile <0.5% wenani elibekiwe).
2) Ukubona ngeso lengqondo kanye nokulandeleka kwamapharamitha enqubo
Isixhumi esibonakalayo somshini womuntu (HMI):
Isikrini sokuthinta esingu-10~15-intshi, sisekela ukuhlela uhlelo lokucindezela olunezigaba eziningi (njengokuhlanganiswa kwesikhathi sokucindezela nokushisa esingafika ku-50), futhi ipharamitha ngayinye ingasethwa ngokuzimela (njengokucindezela okungu-10~500kN, isikhathi sokubamba esingu-1~300s).

3) Ukubikezela amaphutha kanye nendlela yokubuyisela
Umsebenzi wokubuyisela amandla:
Uma ukuguquguquka kwengcindezi kudlula ±3%, uhlelo luqala ngokuzenzakalelayo i-torque yenjini yesinxephezelo futhi lubuyisele inani elibekiwe ngaphakathi kwama-20ms (isinxephezelo sokucindezela kwe-hydraulic sendabuko sidinga okungaphezu kwama-500ms).
Umkhawulo we-alamu ongavamile:
Ungenza ngokwezifiso imikhawulo ephezulu nephansi yokucindezela/yokushisa (njengomkhawulo ophezulu wokucindezela ongu-110% FS, umkhawulo ophansi wokushisa - 10℃), bese umshini uzovala ngokuzenzakalelayo futhi uzwakale futhi ukhanyise i-alamu uma umkhawulo usudluliwe.
3. Ukuhlelwa kahle kwesikhunta kanye nenqubo
1) Ukucubungula nokuhlola isikhunta ngokunemba
